ADT INSTALLATION OFFER

Installing of alarm systems to SFA is allowed. Please can occupants be reminded that it is their responsibility to maintain. All making good following removal for move out needs to be carried out by the occupant and all debts must be settled before vacating the property. Also can it be highlighted that if any alarm were to go off in neighbouring houses that the occupants are to call the RMP or local police and not the CarillionAmey Help Desk as we will not be able to attend and resolve. (If anyone is unsure of what is or is not allowed and what is required to 'make good' please call the CarillionAmey Help Desk and book an appointment for the Accommodation Officer to attend and discuss.)"

The Move In – this film has been created to help customers understand what happens during their Move In appointment.


Self-Help Films - These films provide simple instructions to help customers with everyday household issues that they can try and fix themselves and include how to reset the electric trip switch, how to bleed a radiator and how to reset a boiler.

CARILLION AMEY WALK AWAY SCHEME

Our Walk Away team are experiencing a high volume of interest in the scheme and are currently dealing with a backlog.  They are recruiting more staff to assist but in the meantime it is taking 5 days rather than the advertised 2 days for customers to receive responses to their requests.  Please highlight your Move Out date on any correspondence which will ensure that the team can prioritise their responses effectively.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to improve our service.
